i am Fernando Braga. i build google acquisition systems for local service businesses. the kind of work that ends with someone calling your front desk, not liking your post.
for 5+ years i have done this with dentists, doctors, lawyers, clinics, veterinarians, auto detailers, tattoo studios, and a dozen other service niches. over 150 of them. i still enjoy the work because the outcome is something you can count.
how i ended up here
i started in 2020, in the middle of the pandemic. before that, i had spent years preparing to enter officer school at the brazilian army. i did not pass the admission exam. to keep moving, i enrolled in a financial management degree. one month in, i walked out. not because the course was bad, but because i understood i was never going to be happy trading eight hours a day for someone else’s business.
so i went outside, in Ilha do Governador, Rio de Janeiro, and started selling marketing services door to door. i did not really know what i was doing.
the local businesses i talked to (restaurants, clinics, shops) were stuck. the streets were empty. they had no digital presence, no website that worked, no idea how people were still buying online while their doors were closed. i had just enough knowledge to be useful and enough pressure to sell. that was my first money.
i started as a generalist. social media, paid ads, websites, email, i tried everything. but a pattern showed up fast: the businesses that actually got results were the ones showing up on google when someone searched for their service.
google is intent. instagram is attention. a lot of local business owners still believe marketing is “post on instagram and wait for the phone to ring,” and they completely ignore the one channel where the person who is literally ready to buy is already looking.
that is what made me narrow the service down to four things only.

- google business profile. the map pack and the most clicked surface in local search.
- custom websites. built to convert the click, not just to look nice.
no social ads. no tiktok. no email funnels. not because they do not work for anyone, but because they are not where local service buying starts. i would rather do four things well than ten things at half quality.
how i work
i run everything myself. client onboarding, strategy, execution, reporting, sales conversations. i tried building a team once. i ended up redoing work i would have done right the first time, and the delivery stopped feeling like mine. i know working solo caps how many clients i can take. i am comfortable with that. what i am not comfortable with is sending work with my name on it that i would not have signed off on.
ai is the multiplier behind how i deliver as a one-person operation. i use it to read more data than i could alone, to test angles before committing budget, to draft and rewrite faster, to spot patterns across accounts. it does not replace judgment. a campaign decision still comes from understanding your business, your margins, your local market. ai just lets me get there in hours instead of days, which is the only reason i can run 20+ accounts without cutting corners. that compounding leverage is what i bring to every client i take on.

i moved from Rio de Janeiro to Maringá in 2023. i came for a friend’s wedding, liked how quiet the city was, and decided to stay. most of my clients are not here. they are spread across Brazil (Rio, São Paulo, Curitiba, and more), the United States, Portugal, and Germany.
